Today was a gloriously sunny day.
I bought Strawberries for the first time this winter. Half a kilo of them!
What a story...
I was walking past and decided to stop and have a look and then buy some strawberries. They guy selling them (hence forth known as strawberry man) didn't have the correct change so had to go and get some and I awkwardly watched his strawberries while he was gone. A middle aged man (hence forth known as red shirt guy) asked me how much they were, then realised they weren't mine. Anyway, I basically sold them up to this guy and he decided to buy some. By this time the strawberry man was back with my change. So red shirt guy and I bought our strawberries and we were walking in the same direction, so continued our conversation. Turns out, his daughter is doing the same degree as I am, at the same University as I am at. Also turns out, he owns a house in France and one in Canada too...
We say goodbye and he hops onto an expensively good looking motorbike...

Strawberry Sundaes
What you need:
Vanilla Ice-cream
Marshmallows
Strawberries
Dark Chocolate drops
Pure Light Cream
Crushed nuts
Sundae glass and spoon
In a saucepan, combine 100grams of chocolate drops and 80mL of cream; stir over low heat until chocolate is melted and sauce is smooth.
Place some of the chocolate sauce into the bottom of the glass. Add ice-cream, sliced strawberries and marshmallows, top with the remaining chocolate sauce, and sprinkle with crushed nuts.
